Hi to all parents/ friends/ family and players of BJFC,
We are looking for parents/volunteers to join us in the canteen.
As a parent too, we have been involved in canteen duties for 15 years and we would love more parents to come on board and help us bring the canteen back to its full use every night of the week and of course our weekends. As a parent, you could dedicate some of your time whilst your child is training or before and after their game. It is a fun way to meet new people or work with friends, you know. It’s also a way to be able to give back to the club.
Please note that we wish to have people join us asap as we have many gala days and seasons already started for our Seniors.
Help is needed weeknights, Friday night game days, Saturday and Sundays game days both at Dechene, CB SMITH and Moomba Park. (this facility is yet to be established)
Remember, you are not obliged to work every day, but we can create a roster to make it run smoothly.
Also, a shout out to anyone willing to or knows of anyone willing to cook for us at all major games and Sundays.
Also, if any player or family members are interested in doing work experience (over the age of 15), please come speak to us. we are willing to give you the chance to learn retail and customer service.
